Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mikaela’s Jewelry Box. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All premade jewelry/crystal orders are processed within 1-2 business days. * Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends and holidays. For example, if you place an order on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.
All custom jewelry/crystal orders will have various processing and shipping time pending on your specific order. Processing and shipping time will be discussed during our design consultation.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
*If your item is sold out and you made a special request via email for an item, please allow additional time for your item to be processed. All items are handcrafted, and it will take a few extra days to get your specific item made and ready for processing. I will email you once your item is ready for shipping.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Currently, at Mikaela’s Jewelry Box, shipment is made with USPS (United States Postal Service) ONLY. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (premade jewelry/crystal kits not custom) and can take anywhere from 3-7 days on average to be delivered by your local Post Office. * There’s a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, and the current pandemic. I appreciate your patience if a delay does occur.
*Mikaela’s Jewelry Box is headquartered in New York City, pending on your location your shipment could arrive, before 3 days or after 7. Please allow extra time if your package is being shipped a long distance from NYC. Again, I appreciate your patience.
Shipment to P.O. box addresses
Mikaela’s Jewelry Box ships to addresses within the United States ONLY. P.O. Boxes are allowed, if within the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number might take up to 24 hours to be active.
Damages & Missing Packages
Mikaela’s Jewelry Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. I am not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by USPS. If you receive notice that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please feel free to contact Mikaela’s Jewelry Box and advise me of the missing package and/or damaged package. Next, I ask that you file a claim with USPS, and I will also file a claim on your behalf as the business.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Proof of damages might have to be shown.
I will try my best to accommodate this unfortunate situation.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
