What is the best way to contact Mikaela’s Jewelry Box?
The best way to get in contact with me is via email. If I’m designing jewelry, I won’t be able to answer the phone.
What is Mikaela’s Jewelry Box product availability?
I love the idea of being able to sell one-of-a-kind jewelry to my customers. To know that you are wearing a unique piece that no one else can get is pretty special to me. With that being said I make very little quantity of all my jewelry. So if it catches your eye, grab it quick cause it won’t last long; ONLY 2 available of each item!
If an item is sold out, will you make more?
Hmm, maybe! If I get several requests for the same item, I’m sure I’ll give the people what they want and restock an item...at least once! Be sure to keep those emails coming and let me know what items you love and want back in stock.
Can I make a special request for an item?
Yes! If you are purchasing an item as a gift and you need multiple of the same item (more than 2) definitely reach out to me immediately. I will try my best to accommodate you and make additional items for you. Now please be mindful that I might not have the materials needed to make more items. If that occurs one of two things will happen: 1) I will check with my vendor for product availability. If the material I need is available I will place an order and we will go from there. 2) If I check with my vendor and the materials are sold out on their end too, I will either let you know I, unfortunately, cannot accommodate you this time and ask if you would like to be updated when the materials are available via email or perhaps offer you a similar item with a different color bead or charm, if possible. I will try my best to accommodate all special requests but currently, with only a staff of 1 (me) some requests might have to be turned down (please be understanding). *You MUST purchase 3 or more items for a special request order. *Please be mindful that I handcraft all items myself and allow time for your item to be made. Processing time will not be 1-2 days as stated in the Shipping Policy. I appreciate your patience while I make your item.

How does your email list work?
I will not overwhelm you with countless emails daily. The email list will be used for communicating with my customers. Through email, I will let customers know when new exciting merchandise is added to the website, special big announcements, sales, and perhaps even some fun giveaways or rewards. Adding your email is the best way to stay in the loop and know all things Mikaela’s Jewelry Box.
How do the bracelets fit?
All bracelets have a size measurement in inches listed in the description box. For best fit, measure your wrist with a tape measure or wrap a string around your wrist and measure the string against a ruler. This will tell you how big your wrist is and allow you to choose a bracelet that best fits you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer any special gift wrapping for our products. During the month of December gift wrapping at an extra charge might be offered for the holiday season. An announcement will be made before, if this is offered. Please continue to check back.
What comes with my bracelet?
If you order from the Self-Care Collection (offered on Etsy page), a corresponding description (meaning) card of the semi-precious gemstone will be included in your package. All items from ALL collections are packaged in a reusable organza bag.
What type of beads are used?
All beads are semi-precious gemstones unless otherwise stated. I try my best to work with high-quality materials only.
What is your jewelry made from?
I aim to make high-quality jewelry only. I use semi-precious gemstones for all my beading work unless stated. My bracelets are made with stainless steel and stainless steel with 14k gold plating, and high-quality stretch elastic. NONE OF MY MATERIALS CONTAIN NICKEL OR LEAD. Some of my charms/beads are made of 14k gold, 14k gold plating, stainless steel, crystals, and cubic zirconia (these special charms/beads will be noted in the description box).
Why are some items in the same collection priced higher or lower than others?
I base my pricing on the cost of the materials used i.e., cubic zirconia, 14k gold, etc.
