Welcome to Mikaela's Jewelry Box!

I want to start off by saying I am not a professional writer! I do enjoy reading, writing and sharing information but in no way does that make me a professional. Now that I've given you that disclaimer, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ts'Diquah and I am the creator and owner of Mikaela's Jewelry Box LLC. Mikaela's Jewelry Box or affectionately nicknamed MJB, is my brainchild, it's my baby. My little slice of heaven where I can be as creative and free as my little heart desires. It's an escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC (my hometown). Once I'm in my zone and designing/creating, it's like I've been transported to a beautiful remote island in the middle of nowhere. It's truly my happy place! I want my happy place to help you find your happy place.

I created MJB at first just to design and sell jewelry. I knew I wanted it to be beaded gemstone jewelry, but I didn't think much further than that. After countless mistakes...I'm my own worst critic. I realized my mistake is that my business has no meaning to it or substance. What is my business bringing to the table? How am I contributing to my customers' lives? How am I connecting to my customers? I asked myself so many questions and I finally figured out the answers...well, at least I think I have...again, I'm my worst critic lol! Let's start with connection, I want this community blog to be our safe space where we talk as friends. Where we feel comfortable asking questions, making suggestions or just simply saying hey! I want this to be the MJB community chat where we discuss new products, perhaps suggested products, services being offered, etc. Let's talk and express ourselves (let's remember to keep it cute & classy friends). The other two questions are one in the same honestly, I want my business to be a self-care haven. My products represent self-care, healing, and positive energy. Everyone deserves a happy-positive space and I'm happy to be able to provide products that represent that. MJB is not just a "jewelry business", it's a lifestyle brand that embodies positivity, healing and good vibes! I want MJB to help contribute to my customers' positive energy and happiness. Helping them manifest their goals and dreams. 

MJB has fully rebranded herself! We are not just your ordinary jewelry boutique. We now sell crystals, sage and other self-care products! A collection of self-care books has been published and released only on Amazon titled "New Beginnings". New Beginnings, features a 12-month planner & self-care workbook, a journal & self-care workbook and a journal. All of my products are meant to complement each other and be used together. In the near future, I will also provide services that represent the brand's motto of promoting "positivity, healing & good vibes". MJB will host events catered to holistic wellness and a positive lifestyle. My hope is to be able to collaborate with other like-minded female entrepreneurs and provide our community with amazing self-care events.

The goal is to release a monthly blog post discussing crystals, their meanings and benefits, how to work with crystals, new products and services and so much more!
